The Peek-a-Boo Baby Ponies were the first ponies with posable heads. They were released in Year 6, between 1987 and 1988. Like the Sundae Best and Princess Ponies introduced the same year, most of these ponies are in new poses that closely resemble previously-used poses. (Presumably, the poses had to be redesigned to allow the heads to move.) The two boy ponies in this set were the first babies with shaggy, Clydesdale-like hooves, resembling those of the adult boy ponies; their poses are smaller and slimmer than the original baby boy pose).
Each Peek-a-Boo Baby Pony came with a ribbon, a duck comb or bear brush, and a white bib with colored trim and a bear or butterfly motif (a blue bear for the boys, and a pink butterfly for the girls).
Baby Noddins is a purple baby unicorn pony with white hair and blue eyes. Her symbol is a dark pink and white rabbit. Baby Noddins' pose is a variant of the Baby Glory Pose, altered to allow her head to move. Baby Noddins came with a dark pink bear brush, a ribbon, and a white bib with aqua trim and a pink butterfly motif.
Baby Graffiti is a white First Tooth baby pegasus pony with blue hair and pink eyes. Her symbol is two crayons, one pink and one yellow, with a squiggly mark drawn from each. Baby Graffiti's pose is a variant of the Baby Bouncy Pose, altered to allow her head to move. Baby Graffiti came with a pinkish-lavender duck comb, a ribbon, and a white bib with pink trim and a pink butterfly motif.
Baby Ribbs is a green baby male earth pony with neon yellow hair and purple eyes. His symbol is a purple and lavender dragon breathing fire. Baby Ribbs' body was printed in a new pose, the Ribbs Pose, which was used only in this set and the Playtime Baby Brothers set of Year 7. His head, the Peek-a-Boo Boy Head, was never used outside this set. Baby Ribbs came with a purple duck comb, a ribbon, and a white bib with lavender trim and a blue bear motif.

Baby Snippy came with a mint green duck comb, a ribbon, and a white bib with lavender trim and a pink butterfly motif.
