Teeny Tiny Ponies were the smallest baby ponies ever made, even smaller than Newborn Baby Ponies. The first set was introduced in Year 9, between 1990 and 1991. (The second set, the Teeny Tiny Twins, would be released the following year.) Teeny Tiny Ponies have very small noses and large eyes, and unlike other baby ponies, they have four upper eyelashes (instead of two). Each Teeny Tiny pony came with a duck comb or bear brush.

Tiny Tabby is a pink Teeny Tiny earth pony with aqua hair and aqua eyes. Her symbol is a dark purple teddy bear with a bow around its neck, wearing a bonnet with a flower in the back. She is in the Little Giggles Pose. In the UK, she was named Little Lullabye. Tiny Tabby came with a purple duck comb.
Little Honeypie is a pale blue Teeny Tiny earth pony with lavender hair and light pink eyes. Her symbol is a pink baby bottle tied with a pink double bow. There are three pink splashes above the bottle. She is in the Little Whiskers Pose. Little Honeypie came with a yellow bear brush.
