Two new playsets were available in Year 3: the Baby Buggy (with Baby Cuddles) and the Lullabye Nursery (with Baby Tiddley-Winks). There were also two other special new pony packages. One was the Megan and Sundance set, which included Megan (a human character from the My Little Pony movies and shows) and the pony Sundance. The other special pony was Baby Ember, who came with a cassette tape that played a story called "Ember's Dream."
Sundance is a white adult earth pony with pink hair and blue eyes. Her symbol is a pink tracery pattern including four symmetrical heart shapes. She is in the Bow-Tie Pose. Sundance came in a box with Megan and several accessories. In later years, the Megan and Sundance set was re-released in two different variations.
Megan, a pony friend who appeared in many of the My Little Pony movies and television episodes, is a human girl with blond, curly hair and blue eyes. She came in a box with Sundance and a number of accessories.
Baby Cuddles is a light aqua-blue baby earth pony with pink hair and blue eyes. Her symbol is a pink rattle, and she has three white freckles on her nose. She is in the Baby Cuddles Pose. Baby Cuddles came with the Baby Buggy playset.
Baby Tiddley-Winks is a pink baby earth pony with light pink hair and pale blue eyes. Her symbol is a white bib with a pale blue heart on it, and she has three white freckles on her nose. She is in the Baby Cuddles Pose. Baby Tiddley-Winks came with the Lullabye Nursery playset.
Baby Ember is a pale lavender baby earth pony with lavender hair and dark purple eyes. Her symbol is a white five-pointed star. She stands in the Baby Ember Pose. Ember came with an audio cassette called "Ember's Dream," which was part of the "Listen n' Fun" book and tape series.
