Two new special ponies were released in Year 10 (1991-1992): Bridal Beauty (who strongly resembled the Pony Bride of Year 8) and the 10th Anniversary Birthday Pony. Each one came in a box with several accessories.
Bridal Beauty is a white adult earth pony with lavender eyes. Her hair is white with iridescent, plastic tinsel. Her symbol is a pink heart to which pink and white roses are tied with a white bow outlined in green. Bridal Beauty is in the same pose and colors as the Pony Bride of Year 8, and is only distinguishable by her symbol. She was the last of several wedding ponies to be sold over the years, though most of the earlier brides had only been available through mail-order offers.
Bridal Beauty came with a purple flower brush, a two-layered white veil with white lace trim and a pink headband, a gold-colored ring inset with a crystal, and a plastic barrette shaped like a flower bouquet.
The Birthday Pony was made to celebrate the tenth year of My Little Ponies. She is a white adult earth pony with blue eyes. Her hair is dark pink, and she has blue metallic tinsel in her mane. Her symbol (which covers her entire body, legs, and face, much like the symbols of the Flower Fantasy Ponies) consists of swirling streamers, confetti, hearts, stars, and dots printed in lavender, blue, and dark pink. She has curly metallic ribbons in her tail, colored blue, pink, and silver. She stands in the Gingerbread Pose.
The Birthday Pony came with a bright orange star comb, a dark pink gift box printed with colored balloons and streamers, and a surprise gift. The gift was one of three items: a hair clip, a woven blue bracelet, or a gold-colored, heart-shaped plastic pendant on an elastic loop.
