These four baby ponies are all variations on US Beddy-Bye-Eye Baby Ponies. They were not sold in the United States. In the UK, they were sold as part of the same Play and care Set as several of the UK Baby Ponies, and were released at the same time. All of them are the daughters of ponies from US Years 3 and 4.
Baby Gusty

Non-BBE Baby Gusty is a white baby unicorn pony with purple eyes. Her hair is Dark Green with a strip of red. Her symbol is three purple leaves. She is in the Baby Glory Pose. Non-BBE Baby Gusty is the daughter of one of the three variations on adult Gusty, listed below. She is herself a variation on Beddy-Bye-Eye Baby Gusty.

Non-BBE Baby Lickety-Split is a lavender baby earth pony with pink eyes. Her hair is light pink. Her symbol is three white ice creams with pink cones and white ice cream drips. She is in the Baby Blossom Pose. Non-BBE Baby Lickety-Split is the daughter of one of the two versions of adult Lickety-Split, listed below. She is herself one of three versions of Baby Lickety-Split, including the First Tooth and Beddy-Bye-Eye versions.
Non-BBE Baby Lickety-Split came with a yellow high-chair with a pink food tray, a white and blue dish, a yellow spoon, a white and blue bib, a box of pony panties, a large baby bottle, a light blue duck comb, a white ribbon, and a sticker.
Non-BBE Baby Ribbon is a dark blue baby unicorn pony with blue eyes. Her hair is neon yellow with a strip of orange-red. Her symbol is a white ribbon. She is in the Baby Glory Pose. Baby Ribbon is the daughter of So-Soft Pony Ribbon. She is a variation on Beddy-Bye-Eye Baby Ribbon.

Baby Heart Throb

Non-BBE Baby Heart Throb is a pink baby pegasus pony with lavender eyes. Her hair is dark pink. Her symbol is three pink hearts. She is in the Baby Surprise Pose. Baby Heart Throb is the daughter of one of the two versions of adult Heart Throb, listed below. She is a variation on Beddy-Bye-Eye Baby Heart Throb.
There is also a German version of Non-BBE Baby Heart Throb, who is identical to the UK version except for her symbol, which pictures hearts with glittery wings, and thus resembles the symbol of the original non-flocked Heart Throb more than that of the So-Soft version.
