The Surprise Twins Pony is a mother pony who comes with two very tiny baby ponies inside her, which can be removed by pressing a button on her chest. Her two infant twins are far smaller than any other baby ponies ever printed.
The Surprise Twins Mommy Pony is a pink pony with yellow eyes. Her hair is dark pink. Her symbol is a white stork with yellow feet and bill, carrying a baby in a white sheet. Around her neck she has a molded white plastic collar and yellow ribbon, on the front of which is a heart. When this heart is pressed, the underside of the pony opens, allowing her two newborns to fall out. The Surprise Twins Mommy is in a unique pose which was never used for any other pony, though it resembles the Tootsie Pose.
The Surprise Twins Baby Ponies are tiny infant baby ponies, about the size of Petite Ponies or Charms. They have molded plastic hair and are in a unique pose which was never used for any other ponies. One baby is blue with pink hair, the other pink with blue hair. They do not have symbols.
