The three nurse ponies resemble the ponies in the US Magic Message Pony set: like the Magic Message Ponies, they have symbols which change to reveal a "secret message" when warmed by brisk rubbing. Each of the nurse ponies has a symbol displaying an injured bear, with a heart in the foreground; when rubbed, the heart on one side of the pony's body displays a happy bear face, while the heart on the other side of her body displays a sad bear face. Each Nurse Pony came with a clip-on nurse's cap. They are all earth ponies with solid colored hair.

Nurse Sweetheart is a white adult earth pony with purple eyes. Her hair is dark pink. Her symbol is a blue teddy bear with a white bandage on his head, orange hearts around him, and a large red heart in the foreground; when rubbed, this heart reveals a teddy bear face, sad on one side of the pony, happy on the other. Nurse Sweetheart is in the Bow-Tie Pose. She appears to be a variation on the My Little Pony Tales Pony Sweetheart, since she bears the same name, is the same colors, and is in the same pose; the original Sweetheart, however, does not have a bear in her symbol.
