Floater is a pale green pony with yellow hair. Her symbol is an orange soda bottle. She is in the pegasus pose.

     Twinkle Treats Ice Cream Shoppe is a Petite Pony shop which sits on a plastic base. You can open the sides of the shoppe by setting a petite pony in the lock in front of the door and turning her like a key. The ice cream shoppe came with two pieces of white fencing, two wall units (a soft serve ice cream stand and a cash register), a small round table, a booth, a jukebox, a slide shaped like an ice cream cone, a cart, a sign shaped like an ice cream sundae, and Floater the Petite Pony. The colors of the accessories varied.

     A second version of Floater was also available. Like the original version, she is green with yellow hair and her symbol is a soda bottle; however, she is in the prancing pose, and she has a brushable tail. She wears a lavender bow in her tail.
